When living in San Diego, I became a big fan of Sam the Cooking Guy. He was so much fun to watch and he made cooking look so easy! So I tried one of his recipes "Party in a Bowl". (AKA, Potato Soup w/ fun toppings or Cardiac Arrest in a Bowl). This soup was an instant favorite for us. We made it again for dinner last night and I wanted to share the recipe because it's pretty amazing. Sam's the man.

Whatever! You guys and you're food! I have to stop visiting your blog because it always makes me hungry so I go and try to find something similar but always leave feeling disheartened. So how's life you two? We miss you guys and all the good times!
