Baby Tristan was born on thursday morning the 26th of february. Everything went very smoothly. He came out sunny side up (with his face facing up), so he got a bit stuck for a little during delivery and came out with bruises on his forehead. He looked like he'd been in a street fight but he's still the cutest thing ever. He weighed 6 lbs 13 oz and was 20" long. He has pretty dark eyes that actually look like they could end up being blue,which would be a surprise, so we'll have to see. So far we've learned he's a big snuggle bug, he had a hard time sleeping last night if he wasn't being held and cuddled. The main thing is he's healthy and we are so happy to have the chance to be his parents!

ps: we have to give a shout out to our doctor, Dr. Dao. He's one of our favorite people and we're kind of obsessed with him. He did a great job bringing Tristan to us safely and helped make the whole experience quite pleasant considering what was going on. thanks Dao!

ohhh Shan he is beautiful! And so are you! I had the biggest nastiest circles under my eyes. I guess I hadn't slept in 3 days. So that could have been the problem. Anyways, congrats. Love him. Next thing you know he will be three and you wont know where the time has gone. Love ya
