New back road to Waipio Valley. It cut about 10 minutes off the drive. Unfortunately this nice paved road ended quickly and became a nice off road adventure.

Happy New Years! We spent the evening with Brian and Jenn (aka - Bringina) at the Mauna Kea Hotel. Thanks for the fun night guys! It was a grand reunion.

Mauna Kea got so much snow this winter!
We decided to head up there to play in the snow. It was freezing! A little over 13,000 ft., I was gasping for oxygen. Lots of snowboarders up there, with no lifts. They get dropped off at the top of the hills in their cars, or they have to climb up to the top and ride down.
We were so glad that we were able to spend the holidays with Christian's whole family this year. Thanks for the good times. We look forward to an exciting new year ahead of us.

That looked like one great Christmas vacation! I am glad you were able to enjoy it all. You are looking so cute Shandra. The count down has to be close. If I only have 2 more weeks you are down there too!
Wow you guys look like you are having a blast! Enjoy the couple life as much as you can before that baby comes. The baby will be awesome but you just wont get that couple time back!
